Booking & Cancellation Policy

📆 Reservations
Appointments are best booked in advance to ensure availability. A deposit is required to confirm most bookings and secure your selected time and service.

❗Cancellation & No-Show Policy
• 36+ hours’ notice – No fee
• Less than 36 hours – 50% charge
• No-shows – 100% charge
• Same-day bookings: cancel with at least 9 hours’ notice to avoid a 50% fee
• Medical/travel-related cancellations may be exempt with documentation
• Menstrual-related cancellations are not exempt – we advise avoiding intimate waxing during heavy flow days
• Repeat late cancels/no-shows may require full prepayment

• Credit card details may be requested to confirm bookings

💳 Deposits
A 50% deposit (or 100% for trial-priced treatments) is required to confirm your booking.
Deposits are non-refundable and go toward your total. Missed or late-cancelled appointments will forfeit the deposit.

⏰ Arrival Time
Please arrive 5–10 minutes early.
First-time clients: arrive 15 minutes early to complete forms.
Late by over 10 minutes? Your appointment may be rescheduled and fully charged.

🤝 Client Conduct
We provide a safe and respectful space. Inappropriate behaviour (harassment, offensive language, etc.) will result in immediate session termination, full charge, and potential ban from future bookings.

⚠️ Health Considerations
Let us know of any medical conditions, allergies, or injuries, before your treatment.

👜 Personal Items
We are not responsible for lost or damaged belongings. Please avoid bringing valuables.

📌 General Terms
All services, products, and packages are non-refundable, non-transferable, and not redeemable for cash.
Packages are valid for one person only.
in2Skin reserves the right to make final decisions in case of any disputes.
