Booking & Cancellation Policy

📆 Reservations
A non-refundable deposit of $1,000 is required to secure all bookings.

❗Cancellation, Rescheduling & No-Show Policy
• Your deposit entitle one rescheduling request, provided at least 48 hours' notice is given before your appointment time. Any additional changes will require a new deposit.
• 48 hours or more notice: No fee.
• Less than 48 hours' notice: A $1,000 fee applies.
• No-shows: The full treatment amount applies, and your non-refundable deposit will be forfeited
• Same-day bookings require a non-refundable deposit to secure the appointment.
• Complimentary treatments cannot be rescheduled and will be forfeited if missed.
• Cancellations due to medical conditions or business trips may be exempt upon presentation of valid documentation.

• Menstrual-related cancellations are not exempt. We recommend avoiding intimate waxing appointments during heavy-flow days.

• Repeated late cancellations or rescheduling requests may result in forfeiture of your deposit.

• Credit card details may be requested to confirm your booking.

💳 Deposits
• A non-refundable deposit of $1,000 is required to confirm your booking. Trial-priced treatments must be paid in full upfront.
• Your deposit is non-refundable and will be applied toward your total treatment cost.
• If you miss your appointment, cancel late, or make repeated changes, your deposit will be forfeited. A new non-refundable deposit is required to make another booking

⏰ Arrival Time
• Please arrive prior to your booking appointment time.
• If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may be shortened or rescheduled, depending on in2Skin's booking availability. In this case, your deposit may be forfeited.

🤝 Client Conduct
We are committed to maintaining a safe and respectful environment. Harassment, offensive language, aggressive behaviour, or any inappropriate conduct toward our staff will result in immediate termination of the session, full payment, and a potential ban from future bookings.

⚠️ Health Considerations
• Please notify us of any medical conditions, allergies, or injuries before your treatment so we can provide your service safely.

👜 Personal Items
• in2Skin is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings. Please avoid bringing valuables to your appointment.

📌 General Terms
• All services, products, and packages are non-refundable, non-transferable, and cannot be redeemed for cash.
• Packages are valid for one person only.
• Gift certificates are subject to the same terms and conditions as bookings and packages.
• in2Skin reserves the right to make the final decision in the event of any dispute.
