📋 in2Skin Beaute — Client Policies

📅 RESERVATIONS
To secure your preferred time and service, we encourage booking in advance. A deposit is required to confirm most appointments.

❗ CANCELLATION POLICY
To ensure fairness and smooth scheduling for all clients and our team, we kindly request a minimum of 36 hours’ notice for any cancellations or changes to your appointment. You’ll receive a confirmation reminder 48 hours prior to your scheduled time.

📌 Fees & Conditions:
• Cancellations made with less than 36 hours’ notice
– 50% of the reserved service fee will be charged
– Complimentary touch-up within 1 month may be forfeited
• No-shows (missed appointments)
– 100% of the service fee will be charged
• Same-day appointments
– Must be canceled or changed at least 6 hours prior
– Otherwise, a 50% fee applies
• Medical or travel-related cancellations
– Documentation is required for any exemption
• Menstrual cycle cancellations
– Not exempt. We recommend avoiding intimate waxing during heavy flow days

🔁 Frequent late cancellations or no-shows may result in mandatory prepayment for future bookings. in2Skin Beaute reserves the right to request credit card details to secure appointments.

💳 DEPOSIT POLICY
• A 50% deposit is required to secure most appointments.
• For trial-priced treatments, a 100% deposit is required.
• Deposits are non-refundable
• Deposits will be applied toward your service
• Late cancellations or no-shows will result in deposit forfeiture

⏰ ARRIVAL POLICY
• Please arrive 5–10 minutes early for your appointment.
• New clients are advised to arrive 15 minutes early to complete the consultation process.
• Arriving late will not extend your treatment time
• Arrivals more than 10 minutes late may require rescheduling and will incur the full service charge

🤝 CLIENT CONDUCT
We provide a professional, respectful, and safe environment for all.
Any inappropriate behavior — including verbal abuse, harassment, or inappropriate physical contact — will result in:
• Immediate termination of the session
• Full service charge
• Potential ban from future appointments

🩺 HEALTH CONDITIONS
Please inform us before your appointment if you have any medical conditions, allergies, recent snow or sun exposure, or injuries that may affect your treatment.

🎒 LOSS OR DAMAGE
in2Skin Beaute is not responsible for the loss or damage of any personal belongings during your visit.

🏷 GENERAL POLICIES
• All services, products, and packages are non-refundable, non-transferable, and not exchangeable for credit or cash
• Packages are valid for use by one individual only
• in2Skin Beaute reserves the right to make the final decision in the case of any disputes
